Qualification:

Junior Executive: Should have passed a Diploma in Fire & Safety, Graduate, Degree in Engineering, MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Management Trainee, Grade –II: Should have passed a BE/B. Tech or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Management Trainee: Should have passed Graduate, MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Age Limit:

Maximum Age For Junior Executive: 30 – 32 years
Maximum Age For Management Trainee: 27 years

Salary Details:

Junior Executive – Rs. 28,000 – 34,000/-
Management Trainee, Grade –II – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
Management Trainee (HR) – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
