Qualification:

Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager: Candidates must have passed the Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Dy. Engineer: Candidates must have passed the Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Telecom & Chemical Engineering, Project Management in any discipline for Planning Manager, Diploma in Technology / Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety for Health, Safety & Environment Manager or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Assistant Engineer: Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Telecom, Chemical Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Engineer: Candidates must have passed the Degree in Engineering / Project Mgt. in any discipline or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Jr. Engineer & Senior Officer: Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Senior Consultant: Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Civil Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Executive: Candidates must have passed the Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Asst. Executive: Candidates must have passed the PG degree/ PG diploma (2 Years duration course) /MBA/MSW/ MA with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management/IR / Labour Management/ Organizational Development/ HRD / Labour Welfare or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Dy. Executive: Candidates must have passed the Masters (Post Graduate) Degree in Social Welfare/ Sociology/ Political Science/ Psychology/ Geography/ Anthropology/ Economics/ Urban Planning/ Regional Planning/ Environmental Planning, Developmental Sciences OR Masters (Post Graduate) Degree in Rural Development and Management – Rural Economics / Economic Sociology/ Demographic Studies. OR MBA (Rural Management) OR 2 (Two)Years PG Diploma in Sociology from recognised institutes or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
