Qualification:

Jt. Company Secretary: Should have passed a Graduation with CS Final, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Assistant General Manager (Law): Should have passed a Degree in Law, LLB, Graduation, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Assistant General Manager (Personnel): Should have passed a Graduation, Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/ IR /IRPM/HR/HRM, MBA or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Junior Manager (Chemical): Should have passed a Degree in Chemical Engineering, M.Sc in Chemistry, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Junior Manager (Environment): Should have passed a Degree in Civil/Chemical/Mining/Environment Engineering, Post Graduation Degree in Environmental Management/ Engineering/ Environmental Science/ Geology/Chemistry/Botany, Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Environment Management, Doctorate in Environment Studies/Impact Assessment or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Junior Manager (Rajbhasha): Should have passed a MA in Hindi, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
